What works for one client doesn't necessarily work for another. First, we learn as much as we can about your business. Then we work with you to identify and establish your communications objectives. Once these steps are taken, we custom-design a PR program to meet those objectives and fits within your budget.
After we've agreed on a course of action and specific tactics necessary to accomplish objectives, we establish reporting procedures and assign a team that will handle your business on a day-to-day basis. The in-house staff provides continual support for all the agency's business and program coordination and implementation, particularly in the area of media relations and with the upkeep of proprietary databases. In addition, we work regularly with television and radio production specialists who assist us in developing targeted tactics to gain guaranteed, measurable broadcast exposure.
Money matters to us as much as it does to you. We continually look for ways to maximize your budget, proactively changing course if circumstances warrant it. Our goal is to garner results, and we do whatever is necessary to make that happen. We report back to you on a regular basis by providing you with weekly updates and status reports, as well as media summaries that you can merchandise within your organization and your trade/retail customers.
Because we are situated in the suburbs right outside of Manhattan, we have managed for 20-plus years to keep our overhead, and, subsequently, our fees, relatively low by industry standards. Many of our clients prefer to work on a monthly retainer basis, but we also bill hourly against a budget if a client prefers this billing method, or, on a project basis. |
