With more than 25 years in the field, Robin Russo specializes in consumer and healthcare public relations, marketing communications and media relations for national brand products and services. She has a proven track record in developing creative communications strategies based on strategic research and in media relations.

Prior to starting her own agency, Russo worked for nearly a decade at one of the world's largest public relations agencies, Carl Byoir & Associates, rising from the position of research associate to vice president in the company's consumer marketing group. She has owned and operated her own PR firm since 1986, specializing in full-service public relations programs for a wide range of companies and organizations.

Her company's campaigns for many of its clients, such as Vagisil, Lansinoh, pHisoderm and Cystex, among others have lead to an expertise in Women’s Healthcare PR. Many of the agency’s campaigns have been honored with industry awards, including Curad, Cutex, Lanacane, Vagisil, Silipos and HouseMaster, from Women in Communications and the Advertising Club of Westchester. During her career, she successfully managed the public relations programs for several other high-profile events, including the Lorillard-sponsored Golden Lights LPGA professional golf tournaments, the International Games for the Disabled and the L'Eggs Mini Marathon, which received Special Commendation from the Silver Anvil/PRSA Committee.

Russo has worked with consumer product companies encompassing a wide range of industries, including OTC pharmaceuticals, health and beauty aids, healthcare, personal care, fashion, greeting cards, footwear, candles, food, housewares, real estate, home improvement/home furnishings, interior design and relocation, toys, sports marketing, book publishing, sales promotion, tobacco, office products, personal finance and retail.

Russo holds a Master's degree in communications. She is a member of PRSA, PRSA Counselor's Academy, a board member of the Public Relations Society of America (Westchester/Fairfield chapter), a member of the PRSA Health Academy and associate member of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association.
